The Doctor of Ministry emphasis in Executive Leadership and Ministerial Management is designed for pastors, executive directors of nonprofits, and other leaders who want to start or lead their own ministry organizations. Our goal is to provide advanced skills in leadership and management, organizational analysis, and team development with strategies for ongoing character growth and lifelong learning in running a ministry.

To apply, you must have a Master of Divinity degree or an MA in Biblical, Theological, or Ministerial Studies with additional work experience and graduate coursework. All applicants will have three years of ministerial experience and provide transcripts, writing samples, and character references.
