Payment Methods

Student Payments

Payments by the student and/or the student’s custodial parent may be made directly by the following methods. Any payment made by a third party will be processed as an outside scholarship and should be reported as a resource on the student’s FAFSA.

1. Fast, convenient, and safe payments with a bank account (ACH) or credit/debit card* may be made online. Students can authorize other parties to pay towards their bill through their payment portal. (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted*).
2. Pay by Phone
   Call (312) 329-4223 to make payments over the phone with credit/debit card* or with a bank account (ACH).
3. Payments by check or money order† may be sent payable to:

4. International payments can be made in the student's home currency using PayMyTuition. For more information visit the Student Accounts page in the my.moody.edu student portal.

*Payments made by credit/debit card will incur a 2.85% Service fee.

†Please include student name and ID number on all checks and money orders. Allow 2-3 weeks for mail delivery.
