Putting Your Faith in Flight
Check out the wide variety of tuition and fee options that can help make a Moody Aviation education even more affordable for you.
Tuition and Fees for the 2025–2026 Academic Year
Tuition and fees for students pursuing Certificates and Degrees are listed below. Books, supplies, and personal expenses are not included. Moody’s campus in Spokane is located on an active airfield and therefore not zoned for on-campus housing. Incoming Spokane students often live in Moody Partner Housing (investor-owned homes) often within walking distance of Moody Aviation. Unless all beds are full, first year students are required to live in Moody Partner Housing under the supervision of a Moody Housing Advisor*. Appeals should be submitted via email to studentservices.spokane@moody.edu. Occupancy in Moody Partner Housing is not guaranteed. Occupancy permitting, single students can typically expect to pay about $350-$550/month for a dual occupancy room or $550-$750/month for a single occupancy room in a partially furnished home, including utilities, wireless internet and other benefits. Moody Partner Housing homes are typically partially furnished, and bedrooms are normally furnished with beds, dressers, desks, closets, and bookcases; students must supply their own linens, blankets, pillows, and other accessories.
*Housing Advisors are student leaders trained to help maintain a home and shepherd their peers within the home.
Married couples, families, and upperclassmen typically find alternate housing in the Spokane area. Space is limited and available on a first come first serve basis, so we encourage you to apply early.
Spokane students can also opt for Duplex Housing, leased through Moody Aviation (see costs below).
